Refund policy

 

RETURNS

At Apadana, we understand that after living with a rug in your home for a few days, you may want to return the rug and find a better fit. If you would like to make a return, call or email us to begin the process. Items eligible for return must be unused and returned in original condition.

1-6 days from delivery: Full refund, no restocking fees (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

7-14 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 10% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

15-21 days from delivery: Store credit refund, 20% restocking fee (client is responsible for return shipping charges)

21 days or more: Non returnable

 

Return Shipping:

The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like us to handle shipping and send you a shipping label, a shipping fee will apply. Otherwise you may ship the rug via FedEx or UPS to our Norwalk Store.

Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
